This washed coffee was grown at 2340 meters above sea level on 3.2 hectares of an 11 year old farm surrounded by virgin forest. This lot is made up of Catarra and Typical varietals.
If you’re looking for a coffee that has dimensions of complexity, focussed acidity and an abundance of aromatics then this coffee is for you. It’s bright without making you pucker. There is a creamy, milk chocolate aspect that grounds it. It gives you a kaleidoscopic bouquet that transforms as the temperature changes over the course of your enjoyment. I highly recommend this coffee for the filter coffee drinker and have been making a V60 pour over of it most mornings.
