XOJOLÁ, NAHUALÁ, SOLOÁ
This Guatemalan coffee was grown in the department of Sololá, just 100 kilometers from where our other Guatemalan offering was grown in Huehuetenango to the north. Coffee from this particular lot comes from Cooperativa Agrícola Integral El Renacimiento R.L., which operates in the Quiché Mayan communities and is about 50/50 male/female members.
This certified Fair Trade and Organic coffee is fully washed and consists of the varieties Bourbon, Catuai, Catimor, Caturra, and Sarchimor and is grown between 1000 and 1300 masl.
