Description
RIO BRILHANTE, MINAS GAERAIS
“FOSFORICO”
::: almond butter, tootsie roll, sweet cream :::
This coffee was grown in clay and sandy soil in the Coromandel municipality of Minas Gerais from 950 – 1,080 and consists of the varietals Bourbon, Catuai, Icatu,Topazio and Arara.
This is the first time a natural processed coffee has been on the menu here.Though that term tends to connote intense berries and boisterous tropical fruits, this coffee is impeccably clean with a mellow sophistication. I take an easy-does-it approach to the roast profile so that it makes a great filter coffee as well a satisfying shot of espresso. Enjoy!
