Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm, a 1200-acre estate, is located in the Guji Zone within the Oromia Region. This zone is highly reputed for its coffees being very complex and juicy with ample fruit notes. The scrupulous processing of this coffee includes carefully sorting, depulping, fermenting, washing and then placing on raised beds and dried over a period of 12 to 20 days.
This certified Organic coffee is fully washed and consists of Indigenous heirloom cultivars and is grown between 1900 – 2200 meters above sea level.
