Shipments are usually processed the day following the order and take 2 – 4 days depending on your location relative to Los Angeles, California.


Refunds can only apply to merchandise which is still in its original packaging and has not been opened or blemished within the first seven (7) days from purchase. 

We’ll provide a full refund, excluding shipping, for any product purchased through our website once the product has been shipped by you and received.  

Requests for refunds must be accompanied by either the online order invoice or packing slip.

Returns will be processed within 5 business days once it’s received at our facility.  

We apologize, but we cannot issue refunds for purchases made in a retail store other than our website. If you purchased the product in a retail store other than and the product is damaged or defective, you will need to return the product to the store where you made the purchase. If you have already made efforts to return a damaged or defective product to the store, contact us and we will try our best to make things right.
